SHIPPING:

Please allow 5-7 days for shipping. Order at least that in advance so your hair arrives on time for any planned occasions. 

REFUNDS:

No refunds on orders only exchanges. In order for an exchange to take place hair must be sent back un-tampered. Please allow about 7-14 days for the arrival of your new product after product has been received and exchange has processed.
